Uganda: Is the Budget Aligned to Our National Development Plan?

[Monitor] The national Budget for the Financial Year 2020/2021 is the first in the third phase of the National Development Plan (NDP) III which runs until 2025. The Budget was approved amid cries by civil society that it does not represent the current coronavirus situation.
